Your appointments are very important to us at Devoir, they are reserved especially for you.
Please understand that if you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary therefore we request that you let us know the day before your appointment of any changes needed. We will remind you of your appointment 11am the day before either via text or email, others will need to record and remember their appointments.
No-shows on the day - This will incur a $20.00, or the cost of your service if under $20.00. The fee may be paid off over a few payments if need be.
Cancellations and rescheduling on the day - Please notify us asap.
Christmas Bookings from two weeks prior to Christmas. This may incur 100% or partial cost of service depending on if we are able to fill appointment times booked.
